Bethany Rondon

Bethany is very passionate about Fielder and the Fielder vision. She actively serves on the worship team and the college, community, and discipleship ministries. She recently came back from serving as a missionary in England. For about 2 years, she served as a youth and children’s minister with Tees Valley Youth for Christ. When the pandemic started, most of her team returned home but she discerned that the Lord wanted her to stay despite the challenges she would face. This season required her to step into different roles in ministry, both administrative and pastoral. The Lord used this challenging experience to prepare her for the role which she is called to now. Bethany is so blessed to have been a part of Fielder’s sending pipeline for a season and now has the opportunity to serve on staff with the tools the Lord equipped her with through her time overseas.

Outside of the office, Bethany is a full-time student majoring in Communications. If she is not studying at the local coffee shop, Inclusion, then you will find her at any and every Fielder activity! She loves being in community with people, so if you are in search of that, look no further! She has met life-long friends here who have discipled, mentored, supported her, and pointed her to Jesus through everything.
