Makayla Fincher

Makayla graduated from University of Arlington in 2022, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She began her professional journey with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) in Fort Worth, Texas, for 3 years before making the career change to be part of Fielder. Passionate about community involvement, Makayla felt a deep calling from the Lord to pursue a career that would allow her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and that led to the world of non-profits.

In November of 2024, she married her husband, Hunter, and they have a mini Australian Shepherd, River. When not working, Makayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, savoring a good cup of coffee, and going on walks (when the Texas weather permits).
